At Loreni we would rather shipping be the least interesting part of your order: free, clear, and on schedule. Every order placed within the United States ships free.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Delivery Times

Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after the cutoff enter processing the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate.
Order handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
Transit time: 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates and can move for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers to deliver orders within the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
Paid shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zones, shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery runs late or a package goes missing, write to our customer service team straight away. We will open the case with the carrier and stay on it until your order is accounted for.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow the shipment any time on our Order Tracking Page.
